QC finder for the Kakobuy index
Three ways in: paste an SPU number, type a keyword, or pick a shelf. The finder reads the same snapshot the pages do, so a result here is a row you can actually open.
Results are sorted by price. Each card opens the live product page on the partner catalogue in a new tab.
Why SPU beats title
Sellers rename listings constantly. The SPU number in the URL does not change, so it is the only reliable key when you come back to an item a month later.
Why the shelf filter exists
Keyword search fails when you do not know the seller's vocabulary. Filtering by shelf and scanning 40 rows is often faster than guessing the right word.
Why nothing is "in stock"
Stock lives on the seller's page, not in a snapshot. The finder tells you the row exists, the product page tells you whether you can still buy it.
Finder questions
What is a QC finder?
A search layer over a spreadsheet. Instead of scrolling a 300-row grid, you type an SPU number, a keyword or a category and get the matching rows with their prices and images. It is the difference between a list and an index.
What is an SPU number on Kakobuy?
The seller-side item identifier — the number at the end of a product URL. It is stable even when the listing title changes, which makes it the most reliable way to find the same item again after a seller renames it.
Does the finder search live Kakobuy stock?
No. It searches this index snapshot, then sends you to the live product page where stock and price are current. Treat the finder as a way to find the row, not as a stock checker.
Why do some searches return nothing?
Because the item may not be in this snapshot, may have been retired, or may be listed under a different title. Try a shorter keyword, or search the category and scan the rows.
Can I search by image?
Not here. Image search needs the seller side. What you can do is take the title from a screenshot, search two or three words from it, and open the closest row.
Is the finder free?
Yes, and it needs no account. The only thing that leaves this site is the product link, which carries a ref parameter so the partner can attribute the visit.
